Our firm was started in 2004 by Doug J. Murstein, CPA, a Syracuse graduate with over 27 years of professional accounting experience. The firm began as side business out of his home in Newton, but grew quickly as clients returned year after year. He left his home office in 2004 to establish the firm in its current location in Coolidge Corner. Today, the firm has completed 17 successful tax seasons and employs 4 full time accountants with additional seasonal staff. The bulk of our work consists of yearly tax preparation for individuals and families, small LLCs and S corps, and trusts, and many of our clients engage us to handle multiple types of returns.
